Meet Lee-Anne Galloway

I have been called the “teen whisperer” because, I get teen girls.

I have over 22 years experience in coaching, teaching and mentoring teens through my private practice and through the connections I’ve made with teens in the arts community. I am a qualified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a graduate of the teen coaching program with Teen Wisdom Inc., with a specialization in Mindfulness Mastery.

I am also a performing arts teacher for academy’s, schools and camps across Ontario. Currently, I am the artistic director for Randolph Kids Performing Arts where I am responsible for the creation, delivery, and design of our performing arts programs, teacher development, student and parent safety, our youth assistants team, and policies on anti-bullying, inclusivity and BIPOC practices. I was a volunteer kid coach with Future Possibilities supporting underprivileged students in Toronto towards reaching their goals, and currently sit on the Board of Directors for Community Living York Region as a family representative for people with developmental disabilities.

Having personally experienced the positive impact coaching can have on our lives as a daughter of one of the first generation of life coaches, I created Teen Coach Canada to support teens in developing the key life skills and perspectives needed to carry them forward in life.

What Parents and Leaders Are Saying

“My daughter has become more aware and cognizant of how her actions affect those around her.  She is better able to communicate with us, her parents, and our conflicts over teenage stuff have decreased. We are better able to manage our emotions, both her and I when engaging with each other. Lee-Anne is direct yet disarming in her approach and her enthusiasm is contagious and draws you in.  I recommend Lee-Anne to anyone who is having angst and difficulties with their teens emotions, anxiety, teen-parent relationship, general teen stuff that needs a gentle guiding hand, one that is not the parent.”

Dr. John Super DC - Happy Father

“My daughter loves Lee-Anne as a coach. Lee-Anne is very easy to talk to, listens well, creates safe spaces and has given my daughter the tools to work towards her goals, and more importantly, taught her that she should be herself no matter the pressure from her peers. Lee-Anne is fun, supportive, gentle, encouraging, and is wonderful with both teens and parents. I would recommend her coaching to any person who needs guidance, a temporary boost or even just confirmation that they’re on the right path. .”

Heidi McDonald - Happy Mom

We are incredibly grateful to Lee-Anne for coaching and working with our daughter. Her coaching provided our daughter with the tools she needed to build her resilience and confidence. Tweenhood is such a rollercoaster ride and when you add COVID and a new school, it’s worrying when your tween goes quiet or loses their connections. Lee-Anne worked with our daughter to reframe and address her worries and added to her life toolkit. Over 6 months later and the changes continue. Thank you Lee-Anne!
— Karen & Ian - Happy Parents

“Lee-Anne’s positive energy is infectious.   She has this ability to connect with any student she works which really makes each of them feel important and valued.  She greets each child by name, checks in with them about their day before they begin their lesson and stays engaged with them during the entire lesson.  It’s evident when working with Lee-Anne that she is passionate about people and what she does and brings so much to the table.  ”

Krystal White - The School Arts Eductation

“Lee-Anne has a unique way of connecting with teens and making them feel heard that is safe and approachable. She is youthful and connected to the world of teens, friendly with an open energy that draw people in. I recommend Lee-Anne to any teen or parent who is looking for guidance and support in a non-judgemental and empowering way.”

Allison Hess - Randolph Kids
